Project News: Timber Framed House
Nothing is more satisfying than taking on a project which involves all of the skills and trades available to you. One such project that we have on the go currently is over at Weston under Redcastle.

This beautiful little C17th timber framed cottage is being completely stripped of its incongruous C20th appendages and being lovingly brought back to its original state
Amongst other things, this includes new roofing works, removal and replacement of infill panelling, replacement of defective timbers (minimum intervention) and refurbishment of the beautiful metal casements.
Stripping back the layers has revealed some fascinating patterns and decoration from over the years!
The project is currently on schedule and we will report back with some photograph’s of the completed article!
